Normal Production Time: 15-20 working days from receipt of approved artwork.
Rush service available, call factory for details.
Acknowledgements: All orders will be acknowledged in writing within two working days after
receipt. Once order has been acknowledged, changes in size/color/art subject to a charge,
and may effect your original ship date.
Over/Underruns: We will attempt to ship exact quantities but reserve the right to
ship/invoice 5% over or under ordered quantities.
Shipping Method: UPS unless otherwise specified. Split shipments, add $10.00 (G) per
destination. F.O.B. New York factory.
Packaging: Packed individually in white gift box. Custom printed boxes available, call
factory for details.
Sample Pricing: Use 5,000 pcs. price. • CO-OP Programs: Contact factory for
quotation/information.
Returns: Only accepted within 30 days from invoice date with prior factory approval. Call
factory for R/A number.
Cancellations: Subject to all costs incurred at time of cancellation plus 10% restocking
charge.
Pricing: Per unit and subject to change without prior written notice.
Imprinting: ALL PRICES INCLUDE A ONE COLOR, ONE LOCATION IMPRINT. For each additional
imprint color and/or location, add $25.00 (G) set-up plus $0.40 (G) running charge per
unit. Imprints are in standard colors. For PMS color matches, contact factory.
Screen/Plate Charge: $40.00 (G) per color. No charge for exact repeat orders.
Four Color Process: Decals can be printed in 4 color process and applied, contact factory
for details.
Artwork: Camera ready, black & white color separated art is required to size. We will
proceed without authorization with any art charge assessed at $25.00 or less. Photocopies,
hand sketches, fax transmissions, business cards and letterhead, are NOT considered camera
ready artwork. Typesetting: $25.00 (G) Preproduction Sample: $50.00 (G)
Spec Sample: $55.00 (G) per color/location plus art/ screen charges. Rebateable on first
order of 576 pieces or more.
Paper Proof: No Charge. All orders will require signed off paper proof faxed to your
office.
Less than Minimum: 96 pieces absolute minimum; billed at 144 piece price plus a $55.00 (G)
Less Than Minimum charge.
Trademark and Copyright: Customer accepts full responsibility for claims or litigation
arising from alleged infringement of trademarks or copyrights on any requested designs or
copy. A release letter may be requested by factory.
If you have a extra location, please add $0.40(g) running charge per unit, plus a set-up charge of $25.00(g). If the artwork is the same on both locations, then you do not pay for another screen. If however, the extra location is a different imprint or imprint size, then you will be charged for an additional screen at $40.00(g) as well.
TWO COLOR IMPRINTING AND MORE The base price of the item includes a one-color, one location imprint and the first set-up charge. Because it is a two-color job, you will have two screens at $40.00(g), a second color running charge of $0.40(g) per unit and one set-up charge for the second color of $25.00(g).For each additional location and/or color, please add the Additional Set-up Charge of $25.00(g), a running charge of $0.40(g) per unit, and a screen charge of $40.00(g)
